Before you may submit a photo, you must agree to the following:

• The photo I am submitting is not copyrighted by another entity other than myself or that I've obtained rights to submit the image .
• In the event that the photo is copyrighted by another entity other than myself, I express full responsibliity and will not hold GreatPhotoRace liable.
• I also grant GreatPhotoRace a perpetual non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display my image on the site and on materials used to promote GreatPhotoRace.
• I have read the full terms of use (found here) and will comply with its terms.
• I am AT LEAST 18 years old.
• The photo is not inappropriate (e.g. nudity, rascist, or inflammatory images.)
• I have read the submission rules and that my photo abides by these.

NOTE: It is strongly advised that you do not place a watermark on your photo. We are a community of anonymity during contest weeks and placing a watermark on your photo may adversely affect the number of boosts you garner.
