I fixed the contrast like you suggested & resubmitted my photo. I think it looks so much better! Thank you for suggesting it! I have never done that before, this is my first time to do anything to a photo! I hope you & everyone like my photo now. :)
Thank you so much for your comment! I debated on submitting this one because of the lightness. Should I try to fix the brightness and resubmit it, is that allowed? I love the look on her face but not that it was so light. I read your blog, it's really good, wish I had read it before submitting my photo. Should I delete my photo now & try to fix the contrast if that is allowed, or submit a different photo? Wish we could submit more than one. :)
Stephanie, re your comment on the photo being the first example of tilt shift. Isn't that because it is against the submission rules. Since it was created with software called Topaz it only simulates a tilt shift lens. It is created by using a Gaussian blur on the top and bottom sections of the photo and feathering the edges. According to the submission rules you are only allowed to apply blur to the entire photo, not specific areas. I'm not trying to be difficult or have their photo removed, but is that method legal? If so I have several photos created that way that I would have used in past themes.
Thanks for your comment but I dont do much altering what is the true picture,,and I do not have the knowledge to do it as I am shooting. One day I will get a vote from you u

Let me know what you think of my photo now that I have improved the contrast. okay? thank you
