Thank you very much. I appreciate hearing from you always. I have taken a break too but saw the topic on Thursday and thought I would jump in. I think I will continue to pic and choose contests based on my interest in the photographic subject. It seems extra time keeps diminishing.
Thank you so much LongLens. Yes, I went home (I was born and raised on Curacao) for a short visit and we were at a shopping mall. I knew I would not be there for long, so I took my camera wherever I went. When I heard a bird sing, all I needed to do was spot him, point and shoot... No need to be jealous, just take a vacation on Curacao and you'll find all kinds of fantastic birds. I will check out your new photo!

LongLens, I hope you are enjoying your break from GPR and have a chance to come up with more of those wonderful shots! Thank you for your comment on my last entry, the birds you see are Common Terns, the difference is in the color of the bill, Fosters terns have a more orange colored bills, while the common tern's is red with a black tip. This shot (and more) was taken on the island TEXEL, which is a small island to the north of Holland. I spent four days there, going around from one breading site to the next. It was amazing!
