Ok Jeepster, just for fun - I didn't sit in anything but went walking to find a secluded spot! My eye follows the the body line of the door and front end to the reflection and then the sun and back to the posts framing the sun and back to the Jeep. The fence becomes a pit stop on the journey to and from the Jeep. :'O
Thanks gfa. Appreciate the vote and comment. I am a little upset that you dissed my Jeep. lol. My eyes are drawn to the sunset first which the reflection leads your eyes to the fence. They then go to the dark area below the fence to rest and on to the Jeep last. Thought it added to the image by adding a personal touch that others could relate to. Sitting in their vehicle watching the sun set.
Back for my third vote... one of my top 5 this week. Can't really add to the comments that have already been made, except that we had an earlier version of this vehicle when I was a teen, and I can imagine it full of us rambunctious, excited kids at the end of a road trip!
thanks joelz and krazykat. its great living near the beach but we tend to take stuff like this got granted and not see it. I am longing to live in the desert do I can get some of their style shots. lol
thanks everyone. glad you like it and it brings back good memories. I thought the inclusion of the car would add to the mood. (my 20 year old jeep cherokee by the way.)
Gee Cali I don't remember doing things like that! ;) My boyfriend and I just enjoyed the sunset and listened to the Beach Boys and Jan & Dean....I think....
This brings back memories of sitting with my baby cakes and makin out then Walkin on the beach then back to the car to er um listen to classic music. Ya that's it...listen to music. Thanks for bringin back good memories with a great shot. Good luck.
Oh to be living closer to the ocean so I could capture moments like this...but then I have the many beauties of desert where I'm currently living. Hummmmm. Regardless, I really like how you've addressed this week's topic with such a beautiful entry. One can never go wrong in my book by incorporating a sunset into a photo and you have done it so well. I also like how you have included the car in the shot to make it more personal. Bravo and best of luck.

thank you irishkell. yes very tranquil and the spot of some beautiful sunsets. And about 10 minutes from my house. :)
Such a tranquil place. I love these beach fences and I like the silhouette of it. I also like the reflection of the sun on the hood of car - and the partial view of the car really adds to your shot. Great!

I like it also, but would like to see more of the fence and less of the jeep. Good color and silhouette.
thanks mussel and talegi. I appreciate the votes and comments.
