While I "get the action" and what your were trying to accomplish, and can appreciate the story connected with the photo, I think the photo needs help. Keep practicing on those fast moving action shots. It's tuff I know.
Such a pretty shot, if this was mine I would create more (PS) on the right side and print as cards. Or, if there was more to the image less cropping on that side. Vote.
I do like this image. Wish there was just a little more room on the right but sometimes that is all a bird will give you. The slow shutter speed has really provided a sense of motion. Voted.
