Perhaps it should need more space left and down for perspective.

wow, nice lines and repetition and use of lighting with your entry for the week. I really like how you've composed this shot and its inclusion of all the beautiful variety of foliage that, for me, accentuates and defines the subject. Good balance, crisp focus, excellent crop and good use of light in just the right place...the early morning golden hour!!! Bravo and best of luck this week.

I love how you got up close to the bricks and Shot down ward. some fences are hard to capture. also like the lighting on the Iron. anyway. nice job.

To me this is a beautiful shot! With the harshness of the iron and bricks, I like the inclusion of the colorful tulips. Good shot!

I think JB made some excellent points. Good composition usually includes a foreground, focus point and a backround. With this image the focus point is definately on the fence.

JB, it's a helpful comment, and I know what you mean. The lighting on the iron is good, but generally a rather uninteresting photo. Maybe by incorporating more of the tulips in the lower left, or some architecture on the other side of the fence would make it more appealing. JB, the community forums have some tips on critiquing a photo in a good way. Welcome, we're glad to have your input!

I like the lighting and how it captures the best archetecture of the fence lines but I don't like the composition because I wanted to see a photograph with a background, foreground or surroundings that have an intrest to me but brings your focus to the fence. Im not sure how to say it. Im new at this critiquing so please don't get mad at me. I think its a good photo of a fence but I like to see a good photo as a whole that includes your fence. I am studying photography really hard.
