I don't think it needs any more saturation, you could actually ruin the sky doing so. This would also be a strong image in portrait format bringing more focus to the subject and still giving those wandering eyes plenty to look at.
I like it. Well composed and good for the theme - broken clouds also. I love the prairie and these old windmills. It would be a fun project to try and fix it I think.

that windmill certainly fits the topic for this week. I'll bet it was a real lifesaver in its day. good crisp focus when I zoom in and pan around. just needs a touch more post processing to really make it zing, but that's just me. love the way you've cropped the shot and how you have the horizon in the lower third of the shot. kudos on your entry.
