I agree with LL. From your title the blurs are the trees/leaves, most will recognize the moon so you might want to bring the leaves into focus to give the viewer something they can associate with.
I would suggest that if you want some feedback on how to improve that you include EXIF data or submit a comment giving you f/stop, shutter speed, and ISO. I could not quite see what you were trying to achieve here. I do like the fact that you are trying. A bit more focus on the trees or the moon would improve this image quite a bit IMHO.
