Hmmmmmm... I can't believe this didn't get more votes Tim! Some might argue that the landscape element overpowers the fence but I would strongly disagree and say that it is the vast landscape that showcases the fence very well. Great job.

why did you crop this way?I would have chosen a landscape format and I gave up much of the sky to conncentra eyes on the road and the fence that guards it

This is really nice. I didn't see the first one but its cool that you got some good suggestions and even more cool that you made a nice change. I like this a lot. I'm reminded of Nevada... or the Sierra Nevada. Hope you'll tell us when the time comes. Good work.

Well done. Definitely better. My eyes did what they're supposed to do...lead me to the mountains and into the cumulonimbus clouds and beautiful sky. Good job. Vote.

I don't always do what people suggest, but I try and keep an open mind,You're suggestion just hit closer to the mark..When I posted the first time,I knew something was off..The road dominated the photo ,as was stated...now the road and the fence work together.Again, thanks for the tip, Bear & Taleqi, thanks for the comments.

Stunning image. I did see the first one and like this one much better. Perfect crop and an awesome sky to support the fence.
