Awwwww shucks... there goes my idea for "OLD SHOES" week! This is really nice. Great job of photography and very compelling results. For some reason I want to look down the fence in the opposite direction to see if there is a match to this near boot.

Very unusual for me, Ive never seen anything like this, makes me wonder what type of person starts a work of art like this, well presented, back later in the week good luck

Ahhh, we have a boot fence out here by me. Almost went and shot it. Can't help but chuckle every time we drive by and wonder what stories those boots and the fence could tell. Likin the depth of field approach you've taken to give good focal point on best boot. Good luck.

what a lucky capture...right place, right time! I love using the zoom to get up close and personal with entries and this one is a real treat in doing so! Crisp and clear focus on the leading boot provides nice detail. Love the soft colors and the slight bokeh effect. Bravo on your entry for this week. Best of luck.

Every post of this fence has a unique story, and you did very well capturing the detail of one of those posts. I really like the weathered boot and rusty fence and barbed-wire. Wondering how it would look in a sepia, but hate to lose the green color of that boot! Nice.
