Mangoes, congratulations on this lovely shot! It would be a wonderful photo on a Mother's Day card.
Congratulations on a great shot and another great finish Mangoes!
Bravo...very well done!
You captured a special moment.
The robins, sparrows and house finches are constantly nesting under my deck, shed, shrubs,... and will quite often have at least 2 hatching's a season so I wouldn't call it rare, but as others have said it isn't that easy to close enough to shoot especially at 135mm.
This is masterful in my opinion. Nice work. Studying your EXIF data now.
Really awesome. I always envy being able to capture moments like this. In this case, I like that the adult bird is the focus, and the chicks are only slightly secondary and still sharp. The adult beak draws me right to the eye; the breast color to the little gaping mouths. Beautiful triangulation of color, detail, and story. Voted!!
Themed Level? Seeing it is one thing, getting a photo like this is another. Good job. Photo Quality? Very nice. Best quality? Getting so many elements like open mouths, placement, cropping etc dialed in. Well done. Vote? YEP Yep.
How. Can anyone really tell. If its the boy or the girl. They both take care of them like a team. Who delly cares cool pic..
Thanks for the feedback everyone!
This looks like a WOW! shot to me. You caught the light just right.
Papa of the year happy father's day papa bird!. Very nicly shot. Good luck this week.
Great photo, but that is the dad feeding the babies. The mothers have a dull color, while the dads are the more colorful ones. Just a fyi
OMG how precious is this?! Best photo I've seen so far & that's saying a lot because I've seen some pretty good ones. You got my votes :o)
Great find! gotta vote!
cool shot voted
Perfect! But for me it was more fun imagining you up in the tree! It's a zoom-in must! Vote.
Absolutely a beautiful shot of mother and chicks!! WOW! vote!
Nicolec - I got this shot by being very quiet as I poked my lens out a second story window.
