For those who have asked This was shot in an aquarium with 3 speedlights one above to the left, one to the right parallel with the tomatoes and one at about 30 degree angle in front. Then dropping the tomatoes in and firing with remote
Thanks for all the nice comments
This requires some know-how. After some experimenting, I'd like to know: 1) - HOW much light do you need to get this shutter speed with an ISO of 200? 2) - Is this something like an aquarium? and 3) - Did you have the lens up against the glass surface or have some kind of hood around the distance between the camera and glass because there are no reflections? Oh yes, well done!
Impressive shot! It had to be difficult to capture this so well. The tomatoes, bubbles and splash water had to be moving at different speeds and different focal lengths. Please tell us how you took this, so we cann all learn something from you. Vote!
the concept is nice ,, but ,, a higher iso was required indeed ,, as if i zoom ,, non of the water bubbles was clear ,, a higher F number too
,,, but i admit its a hard shot so voted
This shot only says to me one thing Total Talent and expertise also as Cali says great gear but with the knowledge as to how to use it I must add. Fantastic shot top votes I feel.
Very enjoyable to look at! It's not a style I've ever wanted to perfect, but I appreciate the art and the effort it must take to make such a photograph. I really like how you can see the red of the tomatoes reflecting in the surface water. Nice job!

Wow... this is certainly awesome. Very impressive.
I would love to know how you did this. You must have used some sort of flat faced vase or something to hold the water? Great job.
Very nice, perfect timing, nice splash overall...cool!

Great shot. I have dabbled a bit in these shots but never to the success of this one.
Absolutely beautiful! The water level looks as if it's suspended in mid-air! Very clever of you!
OMG...I love this! Great catch and very creative.
