I like the vintage mood however it was created. The containers are a bit of a distraction for me, as well as the drink in the foreground. But, the virtue of what you are attempting to convey is charming. Voted!
Really cool photo. I'm going to say the edges are edited in. Its a cool effect. I'm going to guess its an old photo though. It will be interesting to learn more. I like it.
Love the texture and coloring of this photo. I definitely think the foreground items (especially the blizzard drink or whatever that is with the straw) should be cropped out. Maybe the glass could stay since that would be difficult to delete and it fits the picture more than the other. She looks too elegant to be posed with the fast food drink. Lovely model and nice mood.
I tend to think this is digital edging and some good post editing to add the aging effect. Whether a scan or edited I like the feeling of the overall image and coloring technique. Good luck!

If this isn't an old photo, I like the editing to show it might be and also the coloring. I also like the edging around it. Good shot!

I can see this is a very old shot that was scanned based on the edges. I like the softness of it.
