This really needs attention. Perhaps you should practice on the action, moving, objects with your camera settings. Moving objects are tricky and you must get familiar with your settings. I do not wish to hurt your feelings, but this is a snap decision it looks like to me that produced just a blurry snap shot.
Great action image. When trying to catch birds in flight especially raptors, try and keep you shutter speed up. You can accomplish this by increasing your ISO or lowering the f/stop or both. Like the action.
