The comments about cropping indicate what i know about photography. This was a gathering for my son's birthday. I thought the red container, the chefs tools, and the folks in the smoky distance added to the feeling that I wanted to convey with the picture. The subtle red in the back is a map, and I was under the non-artistic impression it was an ideal background for the chef. But what do I know? Thanks for your suggestions.
I agree with sns, except for the weeks topic I'd leave the red can at the edge of the frame. Hope that's a map behind him and not splatters.;') and you left him a nice tip. Good change of pace.
Interesting subject and the perspective is great
I would suggest cropping it tighter around the center to remove the red can on the left and the person on the right so your attention would be focused on the chef
I'll take it if they have it in the back. I want some pork and some breaded Sr imp. mmmm...got any noodles? and butter. hold the Sauce. and I'd say the cover of a cooking mag. very cool. Voted.
As others, I like the red accents throughout. Hope you got the guys permission. JK. Gimme some musrooms, 2 scallops, 4 shrimp and since LC1 wants the tail on the left, I'll take the one on the right. You all can have the rest. Nice of me eh? Good luck
This is one of my favorite for the week as it is so inviting it makes me want to be there. It looks like a photograph you would find in a magazine. I agree that it is natural, well composed with splashes of red accenting the photo. Vote!
I'll be right there! I like all the reds throughout this photo. And that steam seems to have a life of it's own! I just really like the whole shot! Great job!
what, no red meat??? Great entry for this week's topic. Quite the adventure to zoom in and pan around the scene. Good color, tack sharp focus and not the ordinary RED shot for this very interesting week. Bravo! I'll take the tail on the left please and thank you.
